Launched as the MT-07 Tracer / Tracer 700, a sport-tourer built on the MT-07 platform and its 689 cc crossplane twin. It added a half fairing, adjustable screen, knuckle guards and a 17-litre tank for touring use. A 35 kW restricted version was also offered.
